- Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of post-Ph.D. experience in forensic applications.
- At least 10 years of laboratory experience as a Bench Analyst in DNA profiling, toxicological, or trace evidence analysis.
- Proven expertise in managing ISO/IEC 17025-accredited forensic labs and implementing quality assurance systems.
- Research:
- Minimum of 8 peer-reviewed publications, with at least 3 in international journals in biochemistry or forensic sciences.
